Table Tennis

China won all five titles at the 28th World Championships in Ljubljana, Yugoslavia in 1965. Rong Guotuan won China's first ever world championship at the 25th World Table Tennis Championships in Dortmund, Germany in 1959.

This set of stamps, issued in 1965 contains 4 pieces, two of them depict men athletes and the other two depict women athletes. The card shows Jiang Zemin, former president of China.
